Most women are told their pelvic floor struggles are "normal"… but they're not. Get evidence-based guidance, structure, and a plan customized to your body — not guesswork.

You’ve been told these struggles are “normal”. While they may be common, they are not something you have to live with.
Leaking when you sneeze or run
Pressure during and after workouts
Core weakness that has not improved
A body that doesn't respond the way it used to
Random core workouts that make symptoms worse
Squeezing "Kegels" without knowing what your pelvic floor actually needs
Hoping time alone will fix these symptoms

Hi, I'm Dr. Jillian Yost, a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies.
I specialize in working with pregnant & postpartum individuals, athletes, active adults, and people dealing with pelvic pain, core dysfunction, or incontinence. I take a whole-body, individualized approach to care. Pelvic health is about so much more than just kegels—it's about how your breathing, core, posture, movement, and nervous system all work together.
My journey into pelvic floor physical therapy started when I recognized how underserved this population truly is. Pelvic health can be uncomfortable to discuss and is frequently dismissed in medical offices. I enjoy helping people feel comfortable and safe while dealing with sensitive topics. I take pride in treating all clients with empathy, an emphasis on education, and a strong belief that your concerns are valid and help is available.
When we work together, you can expect sessions that are:
Personalized to your goals and lifestyle
Judgment-free, supportive, and empowering
Focused on education, not just exercises
Designed to help you feel confident in your body long-term
Outside of the clinic, you can usually find me spending time with my husband and dogs, taking Peloton classes, enjoying an iced coffee or relaxing at the beach with a book. I believe movement should feel approachable, sustainable, and empowering. That philosophy carries into everything I do with my clients.
If you're dealing with symptoms you've been told are "normal" but don't feel normal to you—you're not alone, and you don't have to figure it out by yourself.
